Device model: We need to obtain your device model, such as Android model or iOS model, iPhone7, iPhone8, iPhoneX, etc.;

Device language: We may need to obtain the language used by your device;

Device ID: We need to obtain your device ID. Please note that the device ID is not your account ID.

2. Information Use

We will use your device model, system version, device language, and device ID for analysis to improve and optimize our products; We may also use this data to push personalized information to you.

3. Facial Data

Data Collection: When you use the AI beauty filter function, the facial features in the photos you upload will be analyzed to provide personalized beauty effects. Of course, you have full autonomy and can voluntarily choose whether to upload the photos or select other functions that do not require uploading.

Data Processing: For complex AI beauty algorithm operations, the photos (including facial information) will be uploaded to our designated secure server. This server is equipped with industry-standard security protection measures to prevent data leakage. On the server, the AI algorithm will automatically identify the faces in the photos and, according to preset parameters such as Skin Whitening, Skin Smoothing, Face Lifting, and Eye Enlarging, achieve the beauty effects.

Data Deletion: Once the beauty processing is completed, the server will immediately delete the original photos containing facial information and the temporary data generated during the processing, ensuring that no relevant data is retained in the cloud and minimizing the risk of data storage.

Local History Record Storage: The history records generated locally by the AI beauty filter function in the APP are only stored in the device you are using. The APP will not upload such local historical data to any external server or cloud. When you delete the APP, all the historical records stored locally by the APP will be completely destroyed, and no personal information related to the AI beauty filter function will remain in the device.

No Sharing with Third Parties: We strictly comply with data protection regulations. We will never share your photos or related information with any third party unless we obtain your explicit consent in advance or are required to do so by law.

4. Information Security

We will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security of your personal information during transmission, storage and use, and prevent data leakage, loss or illegal acquisition.

5. Changes and Notifications

We may modify and update the privacy agreement from time to time according to changes in laws and regulations or business needs. We will publish the updated privacy agreement in the application or relevant channels and notify you in an appropriate manner.
